Broadmoor Spanish Revival

This 1920’s Spanish style home had an overgrown garden that hid the true bones of it’s historic beauty. With a new blank slate, we revised the hardscape with bluestone paths, new stone staircaps, as well as capturing the iron details of the house in new iron arbors, trellises and planter boxes. In addition, Bold white pots were added both in the front entry and back pool area.

While restoring some anchor trees, a wide pallet of drought tollerant and Mediteranean styled plants were added to enhance and compliment the style of this home.  Masses of lavender, dwarf olive trees and Eucalyptus are some of the highlights in the garden.

The pool space and cabana are now surrounded with complementing trellises and pots that enhance the resort-like feel of the back pool patio.

Before our upgrades.
